Balance & Stability


This is a gentle exercise class focusing on core strength, stability & balance. The class includes both standing and mat based exercised and is suitable for all levels of fitness. This class will incorporate stretching and relaxation to leave you feeling rejuvenated. The class is taken by our popular teach Stephen, who runs our Strength & Balance classes (that continually book out).

Date: Every Friday starting 7 February (book in fast to avoid disappointment)

Time: 4pm

Cost: 10 class concession $180 or casual at $23 (seniors discount $150 for 10 sessions)
