Specialty Health - Chair Yoga


Chair Yoga – especially good for seniors or those who are not as mobile (but the benefits are just as good)

Chair yoga is an alternative for some yoga students. There are some health conditions where a regular yoga class is not appropriate. For those clients we will assist with a modified yoga routine that can be done with a chair. An assessment is needed.

Day: Tuesdays (term three Tuesday 21st July for 10 weeks and term four Tuesday 13th October for 10 weeks)

Time: 2pm
