The Sydney Bush Walkers are a community of around 800 men and women of diverse backgrounds, bonded by a desire for outdoor adventure in wonderful natural areas of Sydney, Australia and beyond.
Hatha Yoga is a blend of breathing, physical postures and relaxation. It involves limbering, stretching and strengthening to bring about awareness of the physical body, the practice of correct breathing and learning to overcome stress and tension through relaxation.
Our Stretch & Release class is an absolute delight. Designed to reduce tight & tense muscles and stretch out your body. This class involves light movement and deep stretching to leave you feeling long, loose, and ready to move through your day.
NEW eight week course 'Create More Calm, with Mindfulness and Movement'. Starts on Tuesday 10th October with the wonderful Rosemary. Rosemary is an incredible teacher and each week you will leave feeling much better than you did before class. You'll find the tools to help create calm. This course comes highly recommended. Come and de-stress your day.
Pilates promotes mobility and strength of all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion, whilst also having a key focus on the deep core muscles. It improves posture, flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness.
Spiritual Matters is held here on our back balcony on alternative Thursday’s. It is a lovely space to gather, talk and connect. Coffee & tea is available. No cost.
Heart Foundation walking is a fun, free walking group held each Thursday morning.
