Walking
Walking. It’s free, it’s proven to reduce stress, increase creativity, help with your mood and the fresh air is so good for your health.
You don’t need to walk for hours; you don’t need specific clothes (as long as you have suitable shoes). We have so many fantastic walkable routes around Kirribilli and surrounding areas. Take a stroll around the harbour, head over the bridge, walk around Wendy Whitley’s Garden, head to McMahons Point.
Grab a friend or walk solo. But if you commit to walking (event for a few minutes) each day, you will benefit from this. Here at KNC we have a walking group each Thursday that you are free to join.
Don’t forget to get some fresh air, get your walk in as it is good for your mental and physical wellbeing.
